Pole is a combination of Ballet, Gymnastics, and various Dance Techniques. Our Fitness classes are designed to deliver a great workout that conditions the entire body by incorporating Cardio, Flexibility, and Strength Training.
There are no weight limits, or prerequisites needed to attend our classes; dance fitness is for everyone! You do not have to be in shape to begin; this is a gym and we will join you wherever you are on your fitness journey. Our dance fitness classes use the pole/chair/floor to learn new dance skills and achieve a positive body image.
All of our instructors have completed training designed by Personal Trainer/Arnold Classic Pole Medalist/Certified Pole Instructor Nanee Roxbury. CandyCane Pole Program consists of 4 Levels:
Level 1 - Intro to Pole is for absolute beginners
Level 2 - Pole I - Beginning Pole
Level 3 - Pole II - Intermediate Pole
Level 4 - Pole III - Advanced Pole

For safety and efficiency, all clients must have an online account with us and be registered for a class to access the studio. You can view our schedule, register for classes and services and manage your preferences from your account.

Please Review the Important Information Below:
Enroll in any group fitness class on the class schedule. All classes expire 45 days from purchase date.
Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be put on hold or cancelled for any reason.
To reserve your spot, you must enroll in each class online by logging into your account and selecting the classes you want to take. Be sure to complete the registration process. Drop-Ins without registration will not be accepted. You must have a compete profile and be registered for the class.
12-hour cancellation policy applies. Please review policy below.
Entry will be denied if more than 25 minutes late to class.
Sorry – No Exceptions – We want to ensure safety and quality of our instruction.
*Per New York State Law, all guests must agree to our fitness waiver and studio policies by creating an online account prior to your event or upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy for Fitness Classes:
If you need to cancel a class you are registered for, you must take yourself off of the class roster 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you do not cancel within 12 hours, it will be considered a late cancel and no credits or refunds will be issued. Sorry, No exceptions.
Waitlist Policy for Fitness Classes:
You have the option of placing yourself on a class waitlist for a full class. If there is an early cancellation, you will be automatically placed on the class roster and notified by email if you placed yourself on the waitlist. Please do not place yourself on the waitlist if there is any possibility that you will not be able to make the class. The 24-hour cancellation rule applies – No exceptions.
