Strength and Conditioning Training: Our Pole Studio Fitness Program includes strength and conditioning exercises specifically tailored to enhance your pole dance performance. We focus on exercises that build upper body and core strength, helping you develop the muscular endurance necessary for executing various pole moves. You'll also engage in resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements to improve overall strength and coordination.

Cardiovascular Conditioning: In addition to strength and flexibility training, our Pole Studio Fitness Program includes cardiovascular conditioning exercises to improve your endurance and overall fitness level. Pole Tricks and Spins: One of the highlights of our Pole Studio Fitness Program is learning a variety of pole tricks and spins. From basic spins to more advanced aerial moves, our experienced instructors will guide you through step-by-step progressions, ensuring proper technique and safety. You'll be amazed at the strength and grace you develop as you master new pole tricks and explore different combinations.

Dance Choreography and Expression: Pole dancing is not just about the physicality; it's also a form of artistic expression. Our fitness program includes dance choreography sessions where you'll learn routines that integrate pole tricks, spins, transitions, and floorwork. Staff Certification and Training: All of our instructors have completed our training program designed by Personal Trainer/Arnold Classic Pole Medalist/Certified Pole Instructor Nanee Roxbury.  Our studio also adopts and accepts the XPERT Certification. Safety: For safety and efficiency, all clients must have an online account with us and be registered for a class to access the studio.  Studio is recorded and monitored 24/7.  Manager is on-site.

Please Review the Important Information Below:

  • Enroll in any group fitness class on the class schedule. All classes expire 45 days from purchase date. 

  • Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be put on hold or cancelled for any reason.

  • To reserve your spot, you must enroll in each class online by logging into your account and selecting the classes you want to take. Be sure to complete the registration process. Drop-Ins without registration will not be accepted. You must have a compete profile and be registered for the class.

  • 12-hour cancellation policy applies.  Please review policy below.

  • Entry will be denied if more than 25 minutes late to class.

  • Sorry – No Exceptions – We want to ensure safety and quality of our instruction.​ 

  • Per New York State Law, all guests must agree to our fitness waiver and studio policies by creating an online account prior to your event or upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy for Fitness Classes:

If you need to cancel a class you are registered for, you must take yourself off of the class roster 12 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you do not cancel within 12 hours, it will be considered a late cancel and no credits or refunds will be issued. Sorry, No exceptions.​

Waitlist Policy for Fitness Classes:

You have the option of placing yourself on a class waitlist for a full class. If there is an early cancellation, you will be automatically placed on the class roster and notified by email if you placed yourself on the waitlist. Please do not place yourself on the waitlist if there is any possibility that you will not be able to make the class. The 24-hour cancellation rule applies – No exceptions.
