In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance techniques and strength training. From walking around the pole to basic spins and floor work You will learn the history of pole dance and the essentials needed to be successful in our classes. By attending this workshop, you will get 1 Open Gym Session uploaded on your account to return and work on what you learned. Pole Dance is a combination of Gymnastics, Yoga & Ballet.
