Pole Conditioning is a conditioning/drills class geared towards strengthening the muscles needed to get upside down both on an apparatus and on the floor. We focus on the upper body and core strength through a warm-up, exercises on the pole and aerial Lyra Hoops, and Forearm Stand/Headstand using the mats and pole. This class is for all levels of fitness.
